LIPO 360

360 Lipo is a remarkable procedure, yielding unbelievable results to many women in Beverly Hills and throughout the nation. This procedure can trim excess fat to achieve a more stunning and firmer looking balance and symmetry of the body. Also known as circumferential liposuction, 360-Degree Lipo can target more areas of the body.

During 360 Lipo with Dr. William Rahal, he uses the natural contours to enhance the patient’s figure. He makes sure the patient’s silhouette looks as natural as possible by using subtle ways to highlight the best female features. The focus is the patient’s full body contours rather than a specific area.

What is Lipo 360?

360 Lipo is mostly liposuction to the front and back of the torso achieving greater circumferential results. This procedure is conducted 360 degrees and helps eliminate unwanted fat in the waist and torso sculpting several areas to create a finer and seamlessly balanced appearance. 360 Lipo can forever alter the shape of the body.

Who’s the Ideal candidate for 360 Lipo

The ideal candidate for 360° liposuction is defined is any patient over 18 years of age with good health and realistic expectations. Although Dr. William Rahal can deliver significant results, patients should be aware that the results are not completely perfect.

Individuals who have excess fat deposits, body areas that are misshapen and good skin elasticity, are good candidates for this procedure. 360 Lipo is primarily performed on the abdomen, hips, thighs, and buttocks.

According to the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, a good candidate for liposuction is someone who wants to get rid of undesirable fat in specific areas such as the face, neck, torso, breast, arms and legs. Patients must have a healthy lifestyle and understand this is not a weight loss surgery such as gastric balloon or bypass.

The difference between traditional liposuction and 360 Lipo

360 liposuction is similar to traditional liposuction except 360 lipo takes it a step further. Traditional liposuction is basically done on the abdomen, waist or the back. 360 lipo, on the other hand, is a more inclusive surgery. This procedure covers the whole midsection to accomplish a curvier shape from all angles. In other words, 360-degree liposuction targets various stubborn fat areas, particularly in the mid-section.

How is 360 Lipo performed?

360 Lipo involves various steps:

First, medications are administered to make the patient feel more comfortable during the procedure. There is anesthesia, intravenous sedation, or general anesthesia involved in this procedure. Dr. Rahal will let you know what the best option is in your particular case.

A small incision is performed and local anesthesia infused to help lessen bleeding as well as trauma. The surgeon will insert a hollow tube or cannula in the incision to loosen excess fat, and then remove it with a surgical vacuum.

Once the swelling and fluid retention stops, the patient will start noticing improvements in body contour.

360 Lipo with BBL

360 Lipo can be combined effortlessly with other procedures such as the popular Brazilian butt lift (BBL). During your initial consultation with Dr. William Rahal, you may decide if you want to combine 360 Lipo with BBL.

Many of our patients like combining these procedures to contour the waist and achieve maximum results. You can discuss your options with Dr. Rahal to determine whether or not you are a good candidate for this procedure.

Dr. Rahal shapes the waist using 360 liposuction reducing and sculpting the waistline. The hips are also widened, and fat is added to the buttocks. These two procedures combined help the surgeon achieve your desired result.
